The Leadership Summit is a global event, experienced each August by tens of thousands of people across the United States and Canada in more than 140 partner Host Sites. Each fall, the Summit is also videocast in a growing number of locations around the world—157 cities in 57 countries and 24 languages in 2009 alone. Participants continue to report that God is using the Summit to provide a place where leaders can develop their skills, experience moments of hope and encouragement, and hear His unique call.

The Summit faculty is intentionally chosen to stretch our thinking and deliver practical leadership skills. It’s our belief that God’s leaders, in their deep commitment to getting better for His sake, are able to gain invaluable leadership lessons from those inside the church and from other arenas—the business world, academia, and beyond.

We believe every church can and must succeed. It’s our conviction that churches are stronger when they’re lead by inspired, God-following leaders..

Who should go to the Summit?

The Leadership Summit is designed for your entire leadership team—staff and volunteers, key influencers and innovators within the community, emerging leaders and students with leadership gifts. We encourage churches to bring large teams to experience the learning together. Most groups bring more than 10 people.

I can not encourage you enough to make every effort to attend this event. I have been blessed, built and charged up by every one of these events. Truly one vision in Christ across churches and people.
